My name is Erik. I grew up in Ukraine, in a family where hard work wasn't just a value — it was a way of life. From a young age I was taught to do things right the first time, to show up with pride, and to treat people the way you'd want to be treated.
In 2022, when war came to our country, I made the difficult decision to start over in the United States. Charlotte became my new home, and with it came a deep desire to build something meaningful here.
Before starting Fox & Flow, I spent two years managing a team of 40 people. That experience taught me how much depends on the details — scheduling, communication, follow-through, and treating every home like it matters. But I also realized I wanted something simpler and more personal: a business where I am directly responsible for every visit, every conversation, and every result.
