Cleaning done with heart, honesty & real purpose

My name is Erik. I grew up in Ukraine, in a family where hard work wasn't just a value — it was a way of life. From a young age I was taught to do things right the first time, to show up with pride, and to treat people the way you'd want to be treated.

In 2022, when war came to our country, I made the difficult decision to start over in the United States. Charlotte became my new home, and with it came a deep desire to build something meaningful here.

Before starting Fox & Flow, I spent two years managing a team of 40 people. That experience taught me a lot — but it also showed me something I couldn't ignore: too many businesses are focused on making the sale, not on truly serving the customer. The transaction matters more than the experience. The number matters more than the person.

As a Christian, my faith guides the way I do business. It means keeping my promises, being transparent, and genuinely caring about the people I serve. Charlotte has welcomed me, and Fox & Flow is my way of giving back — one clean home at a time.
